Crown Charter makes it a big deal and we are supporters of that. What a great way to get your child excited about school and it's importance. Owen has learned so much from them and felt loved which I will forever be grateful for. He received almost all A+, he did get 3 regular A's you can't expect him to be THAT perfect can you? :-) but most importantly he has such a desire to learn more. They rent out a ballroom at a hotel and it is filled to the rim. There were 180 graduates and to see them all up there doing their little tricks and acting so grown up was amazing! All the graduates sang the fancy ABC song (video below - - soon) and then Owen's class sang this cute short and long vowel song which we don't have video of regardless it was cute and yes mom and dad almost shed a tear, we'll just say we got misty eyed. Monday we kicked off our summer reading program and he has already whizzed through his weeks worth of books, in 2 days! Brock and I are keeping our fingers crossed that this love of learning continues and we don't do anything to screw it up.
