Go Diamondbacks!

We went to the Indians vs. Diamondback spring training game today with our friends. It was a great time. I am actually to tired to even say anything about it. Clay was yelling "GO Diamondbacks" throughout the game, Davis slept, and Owen had his buddies glove on in hopes of catching a foul ball. It was lots of fun with a neat kids play area and good baseball playing.

Ohlson Spring Training 2009

The weather has been beautiful here (I think today it was a high of 85). We've been playing outside a lot enjoying it while we can. Tomorrow we are going to our first spring training game. The Indians have their spring training facility down the street from us and they are playing the D-backs. With $1 "military appreciation" tickets we couldn't pass the opportunity up. This city is so supportive to the military I love living around such patriotic people. So while playing in the backyard today the boys decided to get in the baseball mood (for tomorrow). I think they look pretty cute and ready for some baseball.

Golden Guy and friend

When we get sick and are stuck close to home the dress up stuff is in full effect. Brock sent us the movie Iron Man, which we love, and now the boys want to dress up like Iron Man (ie Golden Guy). Golden guy is comprised of life jacket, goggles, hat, boots. And yes Owen is still squeezing himself into his 2T care bare costume. They crack me up!

Pink Eye and Snot

The boys have been sick the last few days. Owen woke up looking like he had been in a UFC fight Sunday morning. We've never had pink eye here before luckily it went away in 2 days but other illnesses are making their way around our home. We seem to be on the mend though.

"Don't eat me daddy"

I can't even remember the story behind this video but when we made waffels on Saturday morning Clay started making his waffle say funny things. When I finally got out my camera he started doing something different but still as cute as ever. Love this Clay he's just fun, fun, fun.

Owen's Valentines

Owen gave out candy roses for his valentines at preschool and decorated little white cards with stickers and drawings. He wrote his name on each one and had a really fun time. On one (Gabby's) he asked me to write "my girlfriend". I was hesitant but thought it was so cute so I gave in. He really likes her but as he explained to me Josh is his boy friend and Gabby is his girl friend. Good to know I don't have to worry about all that "stuff" just yet.
